TERMS AND CONDITIONS

V&M Elite Goalkeeper Camp 2026

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship arising from registration for the VM ELITE Goalkeeper Camp 2026. Effective from 11/8/2026.
1. Organizer and basic terms

1.1 The organizer of the sports program is V&M Elite academy s.r.o., IČO 29619483, with its registered office at Korunní 1208/74, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, e-mail: sport@vmagency.cz, tel.: +420 727 953 723 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

1.2 “Camp” means the time-limited sports program VM ELITE Goalkeeper Camp 2026, tentatively planned for 15–20 December 2026 in Turkey. The final date, location, scope of the program and Price are stated in the registration form and order confirmation; these data take precedence over the general data in these terms and conditions.

1.3 “Client” is the person who sends the application and concludes the contract. "Participant" is a person registered for the Camp. In the case of a minor Participant, the Client is his/her legal representative.

1.4 The subject of the contract is the reservation of a place and the provision of a professional sports program. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual offer, the contract with the Organizer does not include transport, accommodation, travel insurance, cancellation insurance or other travel services.

2. Conclusion of the contract and binding nature of the application

2.1 Before submitting the application, the Client shall fill in all mandatory information, check the selected option, Price and payment terms and have the option to correct the entered information.

2.2 The contract is concluded when the Client sends the registration form via the button clearly marked "Order and pay" or another wording clearly expressing the obligation to pay and the Organizer subsequently confirms receipt of the order electronically. Mere technical confirmation of receipt of the form does not constitute acceptance of the order if its content indicates that the application is subject to the Organizer's approval.

2.3 By checking a separate, previously unchecked box, the Client confirms that he has read these terms and conditions before sending the application, agrees with them and acknowledges that the application is binding, establishes an obligation to pay the Price and is subject to the cancellation conditions according to Article 5.

2.4 The Organizer will send the Client a confirmation of the contract and the wording of these terms in text form to the specified e-mail. The Client is responsible for the correctness of the contact details and for the possibility of delivering messages.

3. Price and payment terms

3.1 The price of the Camp is stated in the registration form, including all taxes and fees charged by the Organizer. The price does not include services that are explicitly marked as not included or are provided and charged by a third party.

3.2 The Client shall pay the Price within the period and in the manner specified in the registration form, payment request or order confirmation. The obligation to pay is fulfilled by crediting the entire amount to the Organizer's account.

3.3 Failure to pay the Price within the period does not automatically cause the termination of the contract or the termination of the obligation to pay. The Organizer may withdraw from the contract after the additional reasonable period has expired in vain; this does not affect its right to the agreed cancellation, compensation for damage or other legal claims.

3.4 If payment in installments is permitted, this only concerns the distribution of the maturity of the Price. Cancellation of participation does not relieve the Client of the obligation to pay the amount corresponding to the cancellation pursuant to Article 5.

4. Consumer's right of withdrawal

4.1 Camping is a service related to the use of leisure time provided within a specified period. The Client, who is a consumer, therefore, pursuant to Section 1837 letter j) of the Civil Code, does not have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance without giving a reason within a fourteen-day period.

4.2 This does not affect the Client's rights from defective performance, the right to withdraw in cases specified by law, or the rights in the event of cancellation of the Camping by the Organizer.

5. Cancellation of participation by the Client – 100% cancellation

5.1 The Client may notify the Organizer in writing that the Participant will not participate in the Camp. However, such notification does not entitle the Organizer to a refund of the Price.

5.2 Due to the limited capacity of the Camp, the reservation of a specific location and the costs incurred by the Organizer after the conclusion of the contract, the cancellation fee for cancellation of participation by the Client at any time after the conclusion of the contract is 100% of the agreed Price. If the Price has been paid, it is non-refundable. If it has not been fully paid yet, the Client is obliged to pay the difference of up to 100% of the Price.

5.3 Cancellation of 100% shall also apply in the event of non-participation, late arrival, early departure, exclusion of the Participant for reasons on his/her part, illness, injury, change of the Participant's sports program, club obligations, failure to grant work or club leave, missing travel documents, visa, failure to meet the entry conditions of the destination country or problems with transport, if the Organizer is not responsible for them.

5.4 The Organizer may, upon written request, allow the transfer of the place to a substitute who meets all the conditions of participation. There is no legal claim to the transfer. The Client shall pay the actual costs of the change and any difference in price. The approval of a substitute terminates the obligation of the original Participant only to the extent confirmed in writing by the Organizer.

5.5 It is recommended to arrange your own cancellation insurance, which covers in particular illness, injury and other serious obstacles to participation. Failure to arrange or insufficient scope of insurance shall not be at the expense of the Organizer.

5.6 The cancellation conditions shall not apply if the reason for cancellation is on the Organizer's part, the Organizer materially breaches the contract or a mandatory legal regulation stipulates otherwise.

6. Transportation, accommodation and other third party services

6.1 The Participant shall arrange and pay for transport to and from the Camp himself. The Organizer is not a carrier or travel agency and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, luggage or other defects in transport arranged by the Participant.

6.2 Upon express request, the Organizer may provide contact information for the carrier, accommodation provider or other provider or provide administrative assistance. The relevant contract is concluded directly between the Client and a third-party provider, the price of which the Client shall pay separately directly to this provider. The Organizer is not responsible for its performance, unless otherwise provided by law.

6.3 The Client acknowledges that the sports program, transport and accommodation may not be presented or charged as one comprehensive product of the Organizer, unless the provision of these services is in accordance with the legal regulations governing tours and linked travel services.

7. Conditions of participation and medical eligibility

7.1 The participant must be medically fit for intensive sports activities and truthfully inform the Organizer about health restrictions, allergies, medications used and other facts relevant to safety. The Organizer may request a doctor's confirmation.

7.2 The participant completes the sports program with awareness of the usual risks associated with football training. The Organizer is liable for damage to the extent stipulated by law; nothing in these conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7.3 The participant is obliged to follow the instructions of the coaches, safety rules, the Camp regime, the rules of sports facilities and accommodation facilities and to behave respectfully. Serious or repeated violations of the rules, violence, bullying, use of alcohol or addictive substances or endangering oneself or others may lead to immediate exclusion without the right to a refund of the Prize.

7.4 The costs of treatment, repatriation, extraordinary transport or damage caused by the Participant are borne by the Client, unless they are borne by the Organizer or the insurer.

8. Underage participants

8.1 The application of a minor is sent by his/her legal representative, who is responsible for the truthfulness of the data and grants consent to the minor's participation in the Camp and to the provision of necessary first aid; this does not replace the informed consent required for a specific medical procedure.

8.2 The legal representative shall submit the required documents, in particular data on medical fitness, insurance, contact person, travel documents and authorization to travel abroad, if required, no later than the deadline set by the Organizer.

8.3 Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the Organizer's supervision begins with the minor's acceptance at the designated place and time and ends with his/her handover to the authorized person or at another pre-agreed time.

9. Changes and cancellation of the Camp by the Organizer

9.1 The Organizer may make reasonable changes to the coaching staff, timetable, individual training units or sports venue, provided that the overall purpose and comparable level of the program are maintained. Such an insignificant change does not establish the right to cancel without cancellation.

9.2 The Organizer may cancel the Camp, in particular due to an insufficient number of participants, unavailability of the sports venue, security reasons or extraordinary and unforeseen circumstances. It shall inform about the cancellation without undue delay.

9.3 If the Organizer cancels the Camp without offering an acceptable alternative date, it shall refund the Price paid to the Organizer to the Client within 14 days. The Organizer does not reimburse the costs of transportation, accommodation or other services agreed upon by the Participant with third parties, unless their reimbursement is required by law or the damage was caused by a breach of its obligation.

9.4 If the program cannot be provided or must be limited due to force majeure, official measures, epidemic, security situation, extreme weather or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, the rights of the parties will be assessed according to the law, taking into account the performance already provided and the purposefully incurred, non-refundable costs.

10. Complaints

10.1 The Customer or Participant shall notify the Camp Manager of any service defect without undue delay on site so that a remedy can be arranged. If a remedy is not possible on site, the complaint may be sent to sport@vmagency.cz.

10.2 The complaint must contain the identification of the Customer and Participant, a description of the defect, the date of its occurrence and the requested method of settlement. The Organizer shall settle the consumer complaint within the statutory period.

11. Privacy and Records

11.1 The Organizer processes personal data to the extent necessary to conclude and perform the contract, fulfill legal obligations, protect legitimate interests and resolve claims. Details are set out in separate information on the processing of personal data available before submitting the application.

11.2 Consent to the use of photographs, audio or audiovisual recordings of the Participant for marketing purposes is not a condition for concluding the contract and is granted by separate, voluntary and unticked consent in advance. Documentary records of the event may be taken to the extent permitted by law.

12. Out-of-court dispute resolution

12.1 The consumer has the right to out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, website: www.coi.cz.

12.2 The contract is governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic. This does not deprive the consumer of the protection provided by the mandatory regulations of the country of his habitual residence.

13. Final provisions

13.1 If any provision is invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the other provisions. Instead, the legal regulation closest to its purpose shall apply.

13.2 The organizer may change the terms and conditions for future orders. For an already concluded contract, the wording effective at the time of its conclusion shall apply, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise or a change is required by law.

13.3 The individual agreement stated in the order confirmation shall take precedence over these terms and conditions.
